“Everyone on their staff who I spoke to or texted with was extremely helpful, informative, and effectively communicated through every step. The invoicing and summary of what issues were found that need attention was extremely helpful. They worked diligently to confirm everything with my warranty and I appreciate them handling things with the warranty claim. I’m even more grateful that they worked hard to find more affordable parts for my repairs because I had concerns about cost. They provided a financing recommendation and my warranty claim covered a majority of the expenses. The repairs were speedy, too! I took my car in on Monday and got it back by Thursday. I noticed a minor issue upon receiving my vehicle and that a pair of pliers were accidentally left under the hood, but I immediately sent a text updating them and arranged for someone to check my car again as soon as business reopened. In one day they immediately found the issue, fixed it, and improved things. I love that they have a shuttle service that took my Dad home from the shop, after he dropped my car off for me, and would pick him up from our house whenever my car was ready for pick up. I’d recommend Christian Brothers to anyone who need repairs on their transmission or AC vents. Thank you Matthew, Jacob, and everyone else who helped!”

“I could tell these guys were not thrilled with working on the transmission i dropped off for a rebuild, due to the complexity of this specific trans, 4L30E, but after a few days, it was ready for pick up. I re-installed it in the truck myself. Truck ran and shifted great, better then it ever has really. 2 months later and still doing great. “I give 5 stars due to their honesty about my 2002 Honda Odyssey. No service was done after they tested it and drove it. There is a problem with the transmission, but it never showed up. There was no charge for testing my van. I found the employees that I spoke to very courteous and helpful.
