I visited the copy center today to print my resume. I was greeted by an incredibly rude employee who was inconvenienced by me being there to receive the service that she is solely in charge of providing. I did not realize it is a multi day process to print 6 pages for a resume but apparently it is. Another employee wanted to help me but she insisted she was in charge of ensuring I didn’t receive any help in a timely manner.Edit/disclaimer: I got this job done in less than 3 minutes at Office Depot on Silas creek parkway

I hope I never have to go to this store again. I had an Amazon return and it took forever to get someone to take it back. Not enough help. Then 2 weeks later I took something for my husband that needed printing. I left it on a Saturday around noon and the girl seemed very confused. I watched her write down everything that I told her. She told me that the store closed at 8:00 on Sunday so my pick up time was 4:00. So on Sunday when I got there no one could find what I left and they never found the paper with all the instructions on it. The girl then tells me that it was not done and that I would have to pay an EXPRESS FEE because by this time it was after 5:00 and they close at 6:00 on Sunday. She said the girl that tried to help me on Saturday was new. Apparently she had no clue what she was doing!! Where was the person training her??? Poor Service twice in 2 weeks. I won’t be back!!!

The employees in the printing department are amazing. There was a female and male employee who not only printed the 200 copies of a memorial handout I designed for my late husband, but she also personally tweaked and edited it to make sure I was happy with outcome, which they came out perfect, and on top of all of that, they folded all 200 for me. It took a lot of stress off of me as I prepared for my companion’s memorial. Thank you so much.

This Clemmons Staples has the rudest staff working at the return desk for Amazon we have ever dealt with. They are super hateful, rude, no thank you or hello. They talk to you like you are stupid and when they take your packages in for returns they slam the boxes and packages around. The worst part was the last time we were in there, the gentleman clerk was saying S...T over and over everything time we handed him another return and a few GD's under his breath while he was kicking boxes around. There where other people waiting in line to do returns that saw the same thing and some walked out of the store. This is not the first time we have seen this and have heard from others they have dealt with that at this Clemmons store also. The managers/owners of this Staples needs to just watch them on camera and/or send a fake shopper up there for the returns to see what others have been dealing with since Staples started taking Amazon packages back. The coupon that you get is not worth shopping there if you are treated like this. It is easier to just go to UPS and pay the $1.00 and be treated like a human not getting kicked around. I will say the clerks at the registers are super nice, BUT NOT THE STAFF AT THE AMAZON RETURN DESK. "If you hate your job so bad there, go work somewhere you don't have to deal with the public."

Came in to return an iPad I’d purchased 4 days prior (my mistake, I bought the wrong one). There was an issue with staple’s system not accepting the receipt, long story short, Melissa, I assume to be the store manager, helped us out and got it taken care of. She spent 20-30 min on the phone with corporate to make sure I was able to return the iPad. She went above and beyond the call of duty. A+++ & give that lady a raise!

Why would the printing area of the store close at 8 and the rest of the store at 9? I had 20 copies that needed to be printed and I got the “sorry folks park is closed”3 people working in store - I think a few questions about what I was trying to do was better than the you can comeback tomorrow. I was outwardly frustrated and my kids saw the employees just not care. Finally she said there was a self service option. Of course none of the 3 employees cared enough to help us. I have not done printing at Staples before so how would I know how to use the QR code or send an email. Ugh. Never go back to the store. My kids asked on the way back to the car why I was frustrated and I said because no one in the store really cared about helping us. I told them I am tired of poor service and we drove 15 minutes to find a key service offering not available or easily available to understand. Not the EASY BUTTON AT ALL.

I visit the Staples here in Clemmons, NC frequently for printing services and almost every time the workers are not pleasant. They act as though they are unhappy to be working and taking it out on customers. If you are looking for great customer service and friendly staff then you may not want to visit Staples in Clemmons, NC.

As expected, it has office supplies and office furniture at good prices. Wesley gave me great info and was very helpful in helping me choose an office chair, even loaded it into my car.

Visited for school supply shopping, Olivia greeted us warmly when we entered. She also was very helpful at checkout and followed us to the parking lot when we left an item behind. Olivia is amazing!

I used to frequent this store for printing services however my most recent experiences for business related needs have been extremely dissatisfied- wasted hundreds of dollars on poor quality marketing brochures and client forms. Customer service is pleasantly slow

Wesley is a fantastic employee! I was in search of a new office chair because I was starting a new position as a remote employee and needed something that would be comfortable and would support my neck, back and be long enough in the seat for my long legs. Wesley was kind enough to put two chairs together for me so I could try them out. I hope Staples knows what a wonderful employee they have in Wesley. We chatted while he was assembling the chairs and he is a wonderful person outside of working for this fine establishment. Right now it is next to impossible to find any help, let alone great help and you have one of the best in Wesley. Thank you!!

Placed order online and immediately was told onwnof the items was out of stock but never heard about other items on the order. When I called they had no idea about the order and had an Ossie finding it. When they did I asked why I was not notified the order was ready, the guy on the phone who was the manager told me they have no control over what is ordered and how worksReally? Thos store has gone down hill
