Will not be back. Lady doing the inspection was super rude and was trying to tell me my entire headlight needed to be replaced. After asking her exactly what was wrong with the headlight, she could not give me a straight answer (that’s after talking over me and not letting me get a word in). Lights were on & working properly. I took it to another shop and passed just fine. Won’t be back. Don’t recommend.

Took my car for inspection. I told them I had an interlock device (breathalyzer). They said they knew what they were doing and worked on them all the time. I told them not to turn the car off, they said they wouldn’t not . They then turned the car off didn’t and ask me to blow in the device. One of the guys laughed disrespectfully when I was telling them it better not violate me. Well I did catch an $45 violation. All the way around they are disrespectful. No apology from the owner or they guy that laughed when confronted the owner on his mechanics behavior. Not 1 person said hello or had a smile from the minute I drove up. I cursed them out after they continued to be disrespectful. Asked me not to come back, lol don’t worry I won’t.

The guys here are always so friendly and helpful. We are usually in and out in 10 minutes for an inspection and maybe 15 for an oil change. Quick for sure describes them!

This is my "go to" place for annual state inspections. I arrived a little before 9 A.M. and the doors were closed, but the signs indicated they should have opened an hour earlier. When I pulled up, the doors opened and Nicole came out to my car to ask 'what I wanted.' I said I wanted an inspection and asked if they were open. She said "yeah." I asked if I was her first customer today, and again she said "yeah." She was a bit grumpy, but my inspection was completed in a timely manner and I was soon on my way.

The people were VERY professional and courteous! I stopped in on a Saturday for an oil change and inspection. There were a couple cars ahead of me but they got me in and out quickly. There was no high pressure upselling, which I very much appreciated! They even vacuumed out my car and cleaned my windshield! I will most definitely be going back!

My experience wasn't good. I brought my car in for an annual inspection. It's passed before with no issues. It has a performance exhaust system with catalytic converters built into the X-pipe. They are not externally visible. The back window is tinted from the factory. She told me that she couldn't test my car because it didn't have cats and also that my back windshield was too dark. When I tried to explain that the cats are built into the X-pipe and that the car has passed every year before, she got really rude and told me she wasn't going to argue about it and told me to go back to the exhaust shop where I had the work done. She wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise. I went to another shop and they passed it no problem, just like it always had. I can't speak for the other employees; just the lady I dealt with. Clearly she has no idea what's she's doing and also she was really unprofessional. It's a shame because the last time I was in there with another car they were great. Never again thank you.
