I have been a highly satisfied customer since 2005 and would strongly recommend Piedmont Protective Services to anyone looking for a local full service alarm provider. At every touch point of this organization (Bill, Robert, front office and the technicians) you will find courteous, professional, knowledgable and honest people. Any calls to the office regarding service or just questions about codes, key pad messages, etc. are comprehensively explained and, if applicable, easy to follow instructions to correct.Pricing is fair and competitive for monitoring, service calls and equipment/parts. The service technician are prompt, polite and know what they are doing! During a recent minor service call, I asked Alan (service tech) about wanting to lose my land line that supports the alarm system. He provided the details and a plan to solve my situation.Highly recommended by a long term very satisfied customer.

The entire staff is amiable, supportive, timely in responding, and gives us the peace of mind we were searching for. Outstanding personal service is hard to find these days. Piedmont Protective Services has provided us with great service for 8 years. Robert Hall and the office staff are always easy to reach and respond to our needs. Most recently we've had service to upgrade our system. That work was done by Jordan in a very efficient and professional manner. We also had a corroded sensor replaced by another technician - JT who provided very efficient and professional service. I have been a customer of Piedmont Protective Services for several years & recently had cameras installed. As it turned out, I was having new flooring installed at the time of the appointment resulting in a chaotic mess. The techs from Piedmont showed up on schedule & worked diligently through the chaos to get job done. They were great to work with and did an awesome job. I couldn't have had better guys to complete the job. Very pleased with the service Piedmont Protective Services provides and would highly recommend this company to get your needs met!!

The best company you can deal with. I have been doing business with them for 23 years. I am one of the first customers they had. There is no better alarm for your house or business. The best customer service I've ever had. They go out of their way to make sure you are happy and your business or home is protected. Throughout the 23 years if I called for service they do not charge me. Robert is outstanding because he always has a solution and can usually help you over the phon. Bill the owner always gives me the best rates and treats me like family.

Our business transitioned over to Piedmont Protective Services 5 years ago for all of our security alarm needs and the difference was amazing. With a large footprint covering over half of North Carolina, we spent time with a couple of nationally known security alarm companies and were accustom to terrible customer service, waiting weeks for simple changes, and a complete lack of response to service requests. Bill and his team are always very responsive to our calls, making system changes, or completing repairs. We could not operate our business without them. If you are tired of dealing with the large national companies that promise the world and deliver nothing but headaches, then switch your security alarms to Piedmont Protective Services and rest easy that what matters most to you is truly protected.

I have used them for almost 20 years in multiple locations in NC, SC and VA . Excellent company with superb service. A true personal touch with old school values and integrity and you be on a first name basis with everyone you work with. I have had over 25 installations and upgrades over the years and I consider them a true business partner and friends. I currently have eight more locations scheduled for conversion and upgrades in the next 45 days. They are always my first choice in security, access and video systems.

Piedmont Protective Services has provided our business with excellent alarm and camera service for 10 years. This is a five year residential review. Five years ago we were able to get out from under a horrible contract with a well advertised, national company. We invited Bill to our residence for a review of our needs and he proposed a plan and budget that we went with. Two years later, we sold that house and had Bill's team at Piedmont Protective Services install a whole new system with all the fixins. Robert and the service team have been great to work with. The alarm call center is always prompt, courteous and helpful when we or our dogs cause an alarm. It you need alarm or videos services at your business or residence at a reasonable rate; then you should have Piedmont Protective Services give you a proposal to consider. You will not be disappointed.

We have 2 properties with Piedmont, my mother and sister also use Piedmont. I felt it necessary in all fairness to leave this review to combat the 1 star someone else left. We all have been with Piedmont over 10 years now and I LOVE Roberts patience and customer satisfaction service. I can call him anytime I need a tutorial on changing a code, replacing a battery,Locating a default zone or just information on anything related to security surveillance. He always has time to help me. The monitoring team is fantastic also.They are local meaning in NC and that means alot to us. They are prompt and courteous. I am a Realtor and I have so much faith in Piedmont, Robert and his team that when I am asked about Security companies I do not hesitate to share Piedmont Protective services contact information. Keep your money in NC and call Piedmont Protective services if you are looking into home or business security systems/services.

We have used Piedmont Protective Services in Greensboro for over 15 years. We added services to our 2nd home in Banner Elk 5 years ago. Initially we were given their name by good friend who used them commercially in addition to residentially. Bill came out and evaluated our needs, provided.a comprehensive plan; did not over sell, gave a very competitive quote and executed our new install competently. We have been very pleased with Piedmont and their quality of service. I would highly recommend their security service if you are seeking professional security services.

I have been a customer of Piedmont Protective Services for many years now, both in my home and at my business. First off, the owner came out to quote both my business and my home personally. Apparently he does this with all new accounts and I think that is great. The owner, Bill, is extremely professional and was happy to address the needs for my home and business. I was never aware of all the features these alarms could have. He wasn't pushy when I said there were a few features I didn't feel I needed. Bill was more than happy to set up a package that fit my needs. Fast forward several years later I have decide to add a few features and with a simple phone call to Robert at the office, it was done. No fuss. No worries. This is a rock solid alarm company. Their monitoring prices wipe the competition. Highly recommend this crew!
