Called ahead to have the food I needed pulled before arrival and the staff was wonderful. They have a great selection. Only negative is the parking but that is not their fault.

So many different options for pet food. Awesome to be able to go into a pet food store and get exactly what I'm looking for. There are a variety of prices. Since it is a Tractor Supply Store, sign up for the rewards. It really pays off.

Great and friendly staff. Good selection of products and it’s nice not having to make the trek all the way out to Winston for pet supplies. We get our dog groomed here and are always happy with the job they do.

PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE!!!!!!!! ON May 4th I took my cat to get a regular bath & nail trim and was greeted by nice staff. I was so glad that I finally found a place close to me that I could take my baby to. We just moved to the area and her nails were already long so I said let's give it a chance, bad idea. As soon as they started I could tell they were being way too rough. Just by how they picked her up out of the carrier and placed her on the table. I felt so bad just sitting there,watching the process. They were pulling the back of her neck so hard that her eyes were almost building out. Once I brought her home she was acting completely different and terrified. Only later on when she had settled down cause of some treats and space that I gave her was I able to get close enough to see the full extent of what they did to her. They didn't just traumatize my cat, they butchered her. 2 of her nails were cut extremely short that they started to bleed. She was limping for days and was not her self for a week after. Please spare your loving pet from the mistake I made of coming here. I did get in contact with the manger and was delighted to here back as quick as I did but after confirming the incident I heard nothing back in regards to what further steps could have been taken and will be taken to prevent this from ever happening again.Even if the service was great, $65 for a simple bath and trim wasn't worth it. I recommend Pur Life Cat Resort, much better service and prices and overall experience!

Just poor management. All employees are hiding in the office to the point where i have to call out for service every time. The live feed options were all dead. Super disappointing getting home and realizing you've been sold garbage. Employees also don't check on stock when you call and ask, they assume they have it and waste your time. It is a lot of little things that add up to the employees and management not caring.
