Awesome experience in purchasing a mattress. When it comes to selecting a mattress it can be overwhelming. Jerry Smith is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend shopping here. We tried out a few other shops before coming here.

We had not bought a mattress in 20 years and were not looking forward to it. We had been to a few other places but the minute we stepped into the Mattress Warehouse of Clemmons we were impressed. It's such a nice bright clean store. We can't say enough good things about Jerry Smith, the store Manager who helped us. He was low pressure but very informative. He let us make our own decisions but was there to answer any questions we had. We walked in knowing the brand we wanted and there was no pressure to change our minds. He told us step by step what to expect when the mattress was delivered (we bought from him of course) and told us to call him if there were any problems. Needless to say the mattress was delivered without a problem. The two guys delivering the mattress were very professional and thorough and set it up and were gone in no time. All in all it was a pleasant experience and we highly recommend anyone buying a mattress to go see Jerry, you won't be disappointed.

I have not bought a mattress in years. I kind of dreaded the whole experience, like buying a used car. However, Jerry Smith made the entire experience a breeze. Their sleep match profiler helped us narrow down the choices that would work best for me. Jerry was a true professional and was extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him if you want to to not overspend, and get the best bang for your buck. Thank you Jerry for your help!

Great place for a mattress! The customer care representative was very helpful and nice and let me try out any mattress I wanted. Then at the end I got great deals. Definitely would recommend.

Excellent service from Jerry Smith, shop manager. He takes the time to explain the benefits of each model and has no problem looking for more options if requested. The delivery service is a bit sloppy (at least in my case) as I was left waiting a whole day for my bed/mattress and they didn't deliver it and I had to wait 4 more days for it to be sent.

We came in to purchase a new mattress for our guest room. Cindy was knowledgeable about the different mattresses and extremely patient with us as we asked questions and tried out the assortment of choices. We’ll definitely be back when it’s time to replace the mattress in our master bedroom.

The store manager, Jerry, was very personable and knew lots of fun facts about each of the mattresses in the showroom. We felt comfortable trying out different mattresses and Jerry was able to recommend a few specific for my husband and I based on the results of a 3min Duke engineered sleep analyzer. Overall, pleasant experience.
