Usually like this store well enough, but I will never come back again after the experience I had tonight.
I picked up a bottle of the Homestead Creamery Orange Milk; the tag says it is $4.59. Get to the self checkout to pay and it rings up $4.59, but directly below it there is a $3.00 bottle deposit. This was not advertised anywhere near the milk and it is not at all reflected in the tag. There is also no instruction on how to return the bottle (which is what I'm assuming the "deposit" is for) so I would essentially be paying $7.59 for a quart of milk. A lot of people probably wouldn't notice if they have a lot of items, so it feels really scummy that there is a hidden $3 charge for this item.
I hit the "call for help" button and wait... and wait... and wait. I had 2 employees make eye contact with me and neither came over to help. I completely understand that it was 10:30PM and the store was closing soon, but what is the point of being open that late if no one is willing to help?
After the second employee did not stop, I was pretty heated so I went back to the car and my husband continued to wait and finally finished the transaction (he's a better person than me - I'd have just left the items where they were and left). Will never shop here again.

Usually a good store but today I got home and was starting to make a sandwich with my Stans pimento cheese that I had just purchased there, with an expiration date of June 30th when I found mold growing on it.
