Although it appeared our heat was deficient, Hall rep texted me Late Sat nite, explained that 18% propane level w/not prevent heating. He was Correct. Our propane furnace did begin heating after awhile. We appreciate Hall's texting late evening & planning a propane delivery on Monday. Thank you very much.

My husband went to another propane place and they were rude and very unhelpful to him. We went to Hall Propane this afternoon and BJ was extremely helpful and very nice to my husband… he will be going back next week! Thank you!
