Terrific experience. Carol was fantastic - sensitive to my situation, knowledgeable and very parient, taking time to answer all of my questions. Highly recommend.Update 3/3/24: my father passed away today and Chris from Vogler called me and met with me for over 2 hours to discuss final arrangements. His compassion and patience were so very much appreciated, as well as his knowledge and kindness. I’d give Vogler and Sons ten stars if I could - kind, compassionate and patient - I couldn’t ask for more.

After celebrating my 70th birthday I decided to purchase prepayed cremation services to make it easier for my son when I die. I chose Vogler Funeral & Cremations because of an advertisement I saw. I made an appointment to find out more about the service. I met with Chloe, an advance planning advisor. She listened to my concerns and made suggestions to help me make my plans. I left there with a plan in place and paid for that met all my needs. I shared the information with my son and he was grateful. I have peace of mind knowing that he will have less of a burden when I die. Ms. Mylet is highly competent and had answers and suggestions for all my concerns.I highly recommend Vogler Funeral and Cremations.

At the last minute, on the day of the service, one of the staff offered to play the guitar for one of the singers in the service. It was beautiful. My director kept me organized & on point with what I needed to do & when it needed to be done. He was also very compassionate throughout the entire process. Anything I requested for the service, they were able to provide it. Many attendees told me it was the perfect memorial service for my father & I could not have achieved that without all of their help.

I have worked on a business basis with Brad and the staff of FV&S, but until now have not needed their services. The care, commitment, dedication and reverence in which Brad handled our mother could be compared to the same given by the military when removing and presenting our Flag for fallen service members. We felt as if were the only clients in need. We are truly pleased and impressed with how well every facet of this journey has been handled and presented. We will truly use your services again.

Chloe at Vogler & Sons in Clemmons was a pleasure to work with on my mother’s pre-need arrangements. My sister and I are relieved that many decisions have now been made ahead of time, at a time when we “have our wits about us,” as thinking clearly may be difficult when the dreaded day arrives. Chloe was able to help sort through what we needed vs. what we didn’t need, as my mom has already made some pre-arrangements with the cemetery (plot, vault, grave marker). The agreement is straightforward and easy to understand.

I was overwhelmed with the loss of my sister & truly didn't know where to start. Brad; as well as the entire staff was extremely helpful & guided us thru the entire process & made us feel like we were family. Brad took the time to make sure to answer all of our concerns. I am so very grateful that they were there for us & will ABSOLUTELY use them in the future.

Brad was absolutely spectacular during this whole process. From start to finish. Even given the family support for all of our needs and questions even after the funeral. Couldnt have asked for a better person to help assist us. I appreciate everyone at Vogler. Even when I was a little bossy and direct. Vogler & Sons took everything with patience and ease.
