The cashier took my package that was supposed to be sent out, he didn't listen to anything I said clearly because the same package was sent back to me instead of where it was supposed to go to, very sad how people don't take their job seriously

I have directed packages to Walgreens because they need adult signature. Most recently FedEx says the package is at the pickup location and is not. Now we are in the land of tracing.Prior experience the package notification each day said the package was on the local truck out for delivery and kept getting delayed. Took an additional 5 days to get the packages to the Walgreens

They offer a variety of services however the staff was unorganized and lacked knowledge . I had to wait several minutes for answers to simple questions about their service and their prices where a little high I thought
