Came to have my ring resized on a friday, 30 minutes before closing and received the call that my ring was ready the next day by noon! I was told it would be ready in around a week, so to get it back so much earlier left me so happy. I feel lucky to have had my ring adjusted here! Very knowledgeable and kind man working. Will recommend to anyone

Owner was very friendly and nice. I was speaking with him about a bracelet repair. While he was unable to do the repair (due to the bracelet material and no fault of his own) he was very friendly and discussed options with me.I'm not sure if they are just in the process of cleaning so feels wrong to judge on this but there were piles of papers, folders and boxes all over when I first entered which made me feel like the place was a bit less nice than what many of the reviews have said. Seems like an easy fix though!

Wow! The owner was great! Super nice! I have a watch that wasn't clasping shut any longer and he fixed it while I waited! I wouldn't hesitate to go back to this business for anything else. Very friendly guy as well! A+++

Very helpful young man in the store. It is a small store but you can usually find what you are looking for. If they don't have it in Clemmons, they have another store in Mocksville! Great people, very knowledgeable in the jewelry business. Will shop here again.

I can't thank Barry enough for helping me restore my son's watch that was damaged in an accident. It looks almost new again. This is not the first time Barry has helped me. He has replaced several batteries in my dive watches, and knock on wood, they haven't leaked! Great customer service!

I visited Davie jewelers in Clemmons, Nc to have links removed on a brand new watch. Barry the owner attempted to improperly hammer out the pins by force instead of using the link/pin removal device. This particular watch has to have pins twisted out not punched out. The result was damage to my watch rendering it unwearable, and voiding the warranty. I took my watch before further damage could occur and left. His pride got in the way of admitting he made a mistake and denied any wrong doing of course, even after verifying through 2 major jewelry chains and the watches manufacturer that banging this particular watches pins with a hammer and punch was not how you remove them. Watch has to be sent in at my expense now for repair. Also a very standoffish and rude demeanor that can be verified through other people's reviews. And this is the Gods honest truth. I have no reason to lie. AVOID THIS PLACE.
