I went on a Friday evening around 5:30pm and there was a long line but it moved fairly quickly so I didn’t have to wait more than 20 minutes. Friendly pharmacy tech ringing me up. First time here and had a great experience considering how busy they were. I overheard an employee say that they are the busiest on Mondays and Friday.

Had to get new doctors because of insurance. The place is OK. Pharmacy on site had issues getting my meds had no co-pay insurance but they wanted $1500 for co-pay in order to avoid that I had to go to a computer and download a coupon. All in all it’s an all right place considering I have to go there because of Insurance.

This is a wonderful place to get your scripts filled. They are really busy, but have a professional and patient team who does their very best every day to get on top of their workload. There is a lot more to filling a prescription than pulling up your information, and put tablets in a container, and the public does not necessarily see or know that, but should keep in mind in case they need to wait for their turn. Remember, they are on your side by ensuring that your medication is safe for you to take.

David is really considerate. The women that work there though must be on some revenge thing because they have the worst snide attitudes and a personal opinion about everything. I thought I gave up Publix pharmacy to avoid rude people.

I have an overall good experience each time I visit this location. However, when I called to speak with someone, the girl had such a bad attitude, sarcastic and smart-alecky even. Extremely unhelpful and rude. Won’t be calling this location for any questions again.

I visited this urgent care yesterday and it was by far the oddest, most unprofessional visit I've had in my life. The nurse made a profoundly inappropriate remark in-regards to my skin tone.. she asked if I had been to the tanning bed because I looked tan (I am a black woman) and I was there for a sinus issue, so asking this in the line of medical questions seemed quite disconnected and strange. I was shocked by the question considering it had nothing to do with my visit. Then the doctor (Dr.King) came in and was clearly annoyed to be doing his job. As I was listing my symptoms he gestured his hands as if he were telling me to hurry up. Throughout my entire visit he talked to me like a child and with a very condescending tone. He even went as far as the draw on the patient table to rudely explain to me what my ear drum was. Please know I am a grown adult with common sense and a great education, I did not need to him to do this he was simply being a jerk for lack of better words. It felt like horrible bed side manner. It does not matter the reason a patient is coming in, all patients should be treated with respect and should feel cared for and listened to by the medical staff. Especially if the patient is respectful in return.. Paid $75 to be treated like a nuisance. Never again.

Got there at 4:50 pm and there was a paper sign on the door saying "Closed." I told the Security Guard that their website says open until 6:00 pm. He said that they wouldn't be able to close on time if they let more people in. I even called their phone number before I dragged my sick body out of the house and drove all the way there - but the phone kept ringing - there was No recording and no one answered. What a careless way to treat people who are sick! If they decide to close early, the very least they can do is post it on their website and leave a recording on their phone line so that people won't waste their time, gas, and lose the opportunity to go to another Urgent Care before closing time.

EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO THERE ARE SCRIPTS FILLED THAT ARENT SUPPOSED TO BE FILLED AND MEDS THAT ARENT READY. If you want safe med dispensers I do not recommend them for anyone. Also their Apple Pay does not work. Just an fyi at the end of this?

Very friendly, helpful and professional. The facility is clean and nice, the staff was kind. We were seen and treated right away. I recommend them.
