I recently got a wheel alignment here and the mechanic was very informative about what my car did and *didn’t* need done. I did not feel pressured into making expensive repairs or replacements. “My 2017 VW Alltrack was hit and Nationwide accepted liability so it went to Modern to be fixed. Mark Fletcher was incredibly helpful. New doors were backordered at VW with no date for availability so he found me a used one within a day.My car went in on a Monday and they gave me a Corolla to drive until the following Tuesday when the car was ready. The door will never be quite the same but the red paint matches amazingly well and looking at it you'd never know it was damaged. They returned my car cleaner than it's been in years.Would definitely recommend!”

“Maaco did an amazing job for the value and was great to work with. Car was a repaint with some body work. The areas that needed body work look great. I opted for a middle level paint service which provided for a higher grade paint than there lowest level. Worth it. While pleased with the paint, the customer service by the people in the office was even better than the paint. Garrett went above and beyond to help. Definitely recommend and will bring them work that I may need in the future.”

I was frustrated that I had to get my windshield replaced after a bug (bird?) hit it hard during a road trip.
My insurance company was bureaucratic. The other two companies involved from a canceled flight and rental car were beyond insane.
BUT, then there was Safelite, an oasis of SANITY and stellar CUSTOMER SERVICE.
The team was human, expert, professional, timely, had integrity, customer-focused...and real!
I hope you never need your windshield replaced, but if you do, Safelite offers a breathe of fresh air of incredible customer service.

“I had a great experience at flow, everyone in the office was polite, simply outstanding, I even got to speak with the manager and was happy to know my vehicle was in good hands, the process was long and tedious, but hey, Rome wasn't built in a day right. I recieved "frequent" enough updates, to the best of the abilities of all involved, and wasn't to worried about using the rental for a while.
