I called and each time they answered immediately. The receptionist was professional and knowledgeable. After listening, she said that I would receive a call back after lunch, I received the call within one hour as promised. I had a problem with my battery watering system for golf carts and the employee, Destini, after describing my problem, took care of the issue. She was very helpful. This company has great customer service. They have competent employees and they back up their products.

What waste of time. Interviewed three times for what seemed to be a very simple job but after those interviews the rep for this company never gave me a yea or nay. This coming after me calling and asking if I was still in the running and being left in limbo as to their decision. I wouldn't recommend this company to any black candidates. The two guys I interviewed with showed a great deal of interest in me but the female HR rep was a waste of a three step process for a simple job.
