“This Wells Fargo branch went above and beyond to help me resolve a very difficult and frustrating financial situation that was not their fault in any way. I especially want to give kudos to Gonzalo, who was my first point of contact, and helped calm me down initially with his assurances that they could handle the situation and that my money would be credited.After Gonzalo got the situation under control, he passed me off to their branch manager, Matthew. Matthew was diligent in following up with all the parties we needed to in order to get notarized signatures, authorizations, and just generally get all the information together. In the end, my situation got resolved to my satisfaction, and a huge credit for that lies with this Clemmons, NC Wells Fargo branch.I also want to add that all Wells Fargo branches are adhering to very strict COVID-19 protocols. Only people who absolutely must speak to a banker are allowed inside, and only wearing proper face coverings.Thank you all for your work!”

“This is a pretty good Harris Teeter. Looks like they updated to the inside (2018). It now has a Starbucks inside. - Right off I40 across from Tanglewood Park - Produce and meats are a step above the more discount grocery stores - Fairly easy in and out from a parking lot perspective - Self checkouts which are a must for me - Prices are generally higher than your discount grocery stores - Deli, bakery, cheeses, etc. at the front are decent quality stuff - Better than average wine ad beer selection for a grocery store I recommend.”

“This branch has great staff, fast service, and a pleasant experience all around. I have never had one negative experience, in person or virtually, with any of the workers, regardless of what time of day it was or the volume of members they may be handling. I'm not sure what kind of training the workers undergo, but kudos to the organization for creating a culture of empathic, customer-minded employees who represent the mission well!”
