They did an amazing job on the works grooming on my 15 year old long haired miniature dachshund, Bruno! Have another appt in early August. Get an appt, they are busy.Jan 2024. We went here for 2 more years. Bruno loved to come here and showed it. When he died this month I had to cancel appt and they shower me with care and concern and were very sad. Even sent a special card signed by all of them. Great location but mostly it’s the people.

Took my dog here to be groomed for the first time. They did everything exactly as I had requested with no problem. Made my next appointment with them before leaving.

Called multiple times, left a voicemail and can never get anyone to answer the phone. Website says they are taking small dogs only for new clients. Specifically mentioned I had a puppy (miniature dachshund) who I needed to start grooming for. They couldn't bother to call me back and again- they don't answer the phone during regular business hours. This store is relatively new to the area and they already can't take new clients. I left one voicemail (with name/phone number/what I needed) and called at least 3 times on different days.

Wonderful experience. The staff were all great. My dog was treated as if she belonged to them. I highly recommend the grooming services. They also have a very delicious selection of treats and products for you pet.

This business does a great job with my pet! They are very patient with him and he comes home very well groomed. His nails are not easy to trim and they do a fantastic job with nails and deshedding him.

In love with the service of this place. Everyone is welcoming and kind and they do an amazing job with Cuzco! Can’t remember the lady’s name who worked on Cuzco today, but she even added a Christmas background to his picture and that’s super thoughtful ♥️

My sweet baby had his first visit today and I am beyond impressed with the level of communication, absolutely awesome. The groomer was very honest and realistic about they type of haircut that would best suit him based on his problem areas, which I really appreciated. Love that they do a post follow up email after the visit. Thank you? .

Today was my first visit after calling ahead a few days prior to schedule an appointment. I brought in a dog that was originally from a shelter and she was so nervous and scared that she had an accident on the floor. The employee I was working with was absolutely amazing and cleaned and sanitized the area before I could even process what had happened.Jessie went into great detail over the different services they offered and helped me pick exactly what I needed. You can tell she has a genuine love of animals, she mentioned some dogs of her own, and every dog that I saw in their care couldn’t have seemed happier.Even when I came to pick up my dog, she herself was all smiles and excited. All her apprehension was gone, she was relaxed, even her fur felt softer.I have been overwhelmingly impressed by their professionalism, service, and passion for the animals. This is not just a place to get your dog groomed, it’s a place where people that genuinely love animals will take care of and treat yours with love and respect. I will definitely return!
