I’m curious as to the possibility of this bank being any less efficient. There were about 8 available representatives when I walked in. I’m down to 4. Waiting on a notary. It will be just a second. After many seconds of waiting they have nothing available. They recommended I go somewhere else.

I WAS NOT SERVED! I WAS TURNED AWAY AND TOLD TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! I WILL NEVER, EVER, EVER DO BUSINESS WITH WELLS FARGO! I WILL ASK MY FAMILY TO CLOSE THEIR PERSONAL AND BUSINESS ACCOUNTS AND GO TO PNC ACROSS THE STREET!

Make sure to count your money when withdrawing from the outside ATM, I always do and today I was missing $20. Had to walk inside to figure this out with a clerk. Fortunately it was taking care off and they admitted is not the first time it happens. So be on the look out

Absolutely awful Customer service. When I walked in noone acknowledged me. Sat for 20 minutes waiting for a notary. Decided to go to the counter to withdraw money while I waited. Asked the lady for the notary and was told one wasn't available. This is not the first time this happens. At least 3 times same situation. Just go to garner WF or choose another bank.

Not very helpful- I had a stroke and find it difficult to complete the withdrawal form - teller refused to help me complete it.
