Went to buy some juice a few days ago and the worker was so high off them dam delta cartridges that he could barely form a coherent sentence and didnt know squat about what he was selling except of course the deltas. Thumbs down on professionalism. And turned out to be overpriced. Wont go back anymore.

Decent staff and owner but I will now be taking my business about 5 miles down the road because they are actually open until the time they have listed on Google. It’s unfortunate because I live about .5 miles behind this location but it really is about the principle. Also, the place in Garner sells their vape products cheaper.

Jack was fantastic and friendly. His vast knowledge and expertise made finding the perfect vape mod easy. This vape shop not only has great employees but an incredible selection of vapes, bongs, pipes, tobacco, and probably anything else you can think of. I highly recommend this location and heres why. The employees such as Jack make your service as fast as you need it and are very friendly, couple that with there vast selection and you’ve got convenience at its finest. A small side note id like to add is that on a few occasions over my few years of shopping here i have purchased a few broken vapes, but they had me covered. I either tried them in the store and demonstrate the issue and was given a new one. Or come back shortly after purchasing with the receipt and received a new one upon inspection of said broken device.

Came here on a Friday around 12:30 to return a vape I had bought the day before that did not work I had my receipt. The employee refused to do it and said his boss was asleep and he didn’t want to wake him up to do the return. Excellent customer service. I will not be returning here

Young girl working behind the counter on her phone who made it a point to make my experience as miserable as possible. Went to buy a pen I regularly purchase and every response the cashier gave seemed like an inconvenience. Topped it off when I was checking out and she rudely exclaimed that I hadn’t held my card on the reader long enough. Been a regular customer here for almost two years and I will not be returning. Go the the one across the street or even the one in Smithfield if customer service is of any importance to you.
