USA Auto Body went above and beyond for me today. My daughter’s car was having a rear rattling sound that we could not locate the source of. Last year we had the rear bumper repaired with USA Auto Body and their service was top notch. So I decided to contact Terrance and see if he could help locate the cause of the rattling. He was more than happy to have me stop by. Terrance went right out and started trouble shooting the cause. It took a few minutes for Terrance and his co worker to figure out it was caused by a worn rubber bushing connected to the shocks. He could have sent me on my way to have repaired. Fortunate for me his coworker jumped in taking it apart and fixed the issue.
The rattling is gone! I appreciate so much the time they took to fix this and give me peace of mind when my daughter is driving.
My family has used USA Auto Body for two auto body repairs and they will be the first place I call for future body work.

I have had work done with Dan/Terrence over the four years we have lived in North Carolina several times. I feel very comfortable with their expertise, their work is outstanding, and they are honest and so knowledgeable. Visit them and discuss what needs to be done with your vehicle. Incidentally my work has always been out of pocket, not insurance covered. Kudos to USA Auto Body for being a reputable local business.

I had some insurance work done on my 21GT and these guys provided TOP NOTCH service. Terrance is the man!! I had no idea how the insurance thing worked or what the steps were but he made sure I was informed and was extremely polite and professional. They even waxed the car after finishing the paint job on the door and quarter panel and got everything done in great time. Taking any body work to them from now on! 10/10!!!!

Went for estimate and owner or estimator was not only rude and arrogant, but provided a ridiculous price for a simple job as he obviously didn't want to do the work. I know the gane as I was a auto and RV service manager for over 10 years. I just dont have the proper equiptment any more but for their nonsense price, i can buy more and still save! I live in the local community and won't ever go there nor will be referring them to anyone I know. Obviously has enough business, but way to go as a professional!

I recently used USA Auto Body after being involved in a hit and run accident. Working with Terry and his team was very helpful. Terry walked me through the process and made things much easier.
