“I want to start off by saying Melinda and Karl Saved my a$$. I called no less than seven tow truck companies, and they would not help me with a roadside service.Until I called and spoke with Melinda in the office and I told her my dilemma which my dilemma was my Dodge ram 2500 with 40 foot gooseneck trailer had a flat and my socket was not big enough to fit the lug on the trailer. She didn’t give me 101 excuses why she couldn’t help she right away told me to call karl In the truck and he would be able to help.I called Carl told him my dilemma and he didn’t have any excuses why he couldn’t help he right away said wait there. I’ll be there in 20 minutes and sure enough he was there in 20 minutes.Not only Did he help me with my flat on my trailer but he also pulled out his first aid kit patch my arm up which was scraped up helped me pack up all my stuff Gave me a water, so I didn’t pass out from the heat. He also was more than extremely fair on his charge to me.This is a company that truly cared about me My problem and helped me solve it quickly, efficiently and ethically I will keep his business card in my truck. I will recommend him to anyone and everyone that does hotshot or hauling goods through Wendell North Carolina and I’m very grateful and thankful. Have met him and talked to Melinda”

I was stuck with no ability to get the mattress out of the house and needing to depart that afternoon. All-In was immediately responsive and within an hour, the mattress was gone. “Drove from Wilmington helping a friend recover his father's Truck from impound. Both battery's were dead. Everyone went above and beyond to help! Finally got the Truck running with about 30 minutes of effort. The person who helped us was empathetic to the situation, patient, eager to help, almost intimidating with her mechanical knowledge, even more skilled with her common sense approach. The mind-blowing experience for me, is that she is Athletic and looked more like a college cheerleader. IF I LIVED IN the area, I would probably have my vehicle towed regularly just watch her work! Good people, great service. With a cheerleader who knows how to get her own truck out of the mud!
