I have never seen customer service like this place. Terina knows everyone by name and is just so amazing. She is the reason this place thrives. Love her and the stores amazing prices!

Tried to return an unworn item and was told no refunds. I was shocked and asked, “why wouldnt you tell the customer that when purchasing?”. She pointed to an 8x11 sign on the wall about a foot down from the ceiling. Hahaha Yes, bc that’s where I look for things, at the ceiling. it’s too bad ppl care more about “well, policy says”, as opposed to actually trying to inform the customer. Don’t you think it might be more appropriate and good business to place the sign at the cash register where ppl will see it? Or mention it to them before purchasing just to make sure they know? I’m in customer service and that’s certainly what I do… make sure my customers are aware of policies ahead of time. I could care less that I couldn’t return it, the interaction was just poor. Love this store otherwise.

Ms.Elizabeth was so kind. We called to check if they carried a specific item she said they did and she took the extra step to be sure that it was in stock while I was on the phone. This was truly appreciated as I am to follow the CDC guidelines for not going in anywhere I don't need to. Thanks Ms.Elizabeth and super 10 for having such great staff members.

It an older store near downtown Clayton. It has good prices for items you need. The workers are friendly and helpful.

Prices on shelf are consistently wrong. Says 9.99, rings up as 14.99... Manager won't even come out of her cage to help, just pretends to be on phone so she can do more nothing. Place is a mess, dirty, unorganized, and lacking any sort of customer service. Positive note, cashier was friendly, but helpless with this type of management. How do they stay in business?

I LOVE this store!! Been going here for years!! I always find little kitchen throw rugs for a dollar or two, and they always have stuff from kholes rue21, old navy, well not always from all those places but you find great stuff in there if you take the time to search through it all!

Very nice little store, great prices and great quality on women's clothing, especially the lingerie pieces! They also have great prices on bedding and bath towels/washcloths You can find just about anything that you need here, and I like that it is a small and friendly store. Love stopping by here!
