This salon, on short notice fit me in to their schedule. I told Kristan what I wanted and honestly, I wasn't sure, so I showed her a picture, which she barely even glanced at. Then she took me to the shampoo bowl. After that we spent the rest of my time talking about dogs, and family. In a nut shell, it was a total success!!! She didn't have to look at my picture, because she knew what I wanted, and delivered, in that order! She gave me a scalp massage which most stylist don't do anymore. Then she built a rapport with me! A rapport that I don't talk to many people about. Without even asking she curled the ends of my hair! It goes without saying I love this place! I didn't know them at all. It a wonderful surprise.
