I am a genuinely happy customer here to say - I've been bringing my daily driver a Toyota Matrix to Simon and his crew since 2019.
This is more than an auto sales place but also a car maintenance shop, an Inspection Station, and you can have your cars detailed here!
They have always had my car in and out of the shop within 30min - 2 hours depending on the work, with the singular exception of a larger job he did for me involving Clutch, Flywheel, brakes, and Transmission drain & fill.
I've always found that the quotes for my maintenance needs to be fair in regards to parts and labor.
I have recommended several of my friends to go here, and now I recommend that you go as well for your next vehicle servicing.

I was recommended to go to Simon's Auto sales for an oil change. I'm glad I did it was quick service friendly and they were very helpful.

They messed up my car during an oil change because they forgot some internal components? When I went back to get the situation resolved, Simon gave me the run around for 2 months and ultimately said he "knows" that he didn't do anything wrong. Awful customer service. he will not help you if you have an issue, just disrespectful

Great place to buy a car and repair your car as well, very nice people to deal with and honest people. I bought cars from Simmons auto sale and never had a problem with it. I still own a 2008 dodge avenger from Simmons auto sale and cars still running hood, real good service . Simmon the owner is a very gentle and honest person, if you want your car to be fix just talk simmon .

They charged me a lot of money and the problem I went for, they didn't solve it at all. What I lacked, they tried to fill it with lies and I call that a scam. They made me wait a long time, they charged me dearly and partly for what I didn't need and they didn't completely solve my problem. I felt cheated, upset and frustrated. I do not recommend their services at all.

The young guy at the desk who attend the customer, very good, very polite. The mechanic, mediocre. Simon, the manager, deceitful, liar. Full of empty and deceitful words, obviously he knows about cars, but use his knowledge to confuse you, and scam you. I will never come back there.
