Awesome experience, young lady working the car wash walks up & asked if I needed my mats sprayed off. She cleaned them off for me lots of extras window cleaner & rags carpet washer & lots of vacuums.

Can't really clean a truck good enough.
This spots are easy to take off with finger but somehow the machine at this places are uncapable of taken them out.
I need to cancel subscription.

I have always had a wonderful experience with Sam’s until I noticed one of their employees signed me up for the membership, which I never approved of. I have been getting charged $25 every month since January! I called and they could not find my information on file (but clearly they had my information to sign me up for the membership without my consent). They told me a manager would reach out to me and they never did. I finally called my bank to get these charges disputed. Unfortunately, so many other people have had the same experience with this car wash company. Completely unacceptable to steal customers money!
