Went there on Saturday needing a patch. 2 guys eating lunch couldn't be bothered to look at it. Just asked if it was close to the sidewall and I "said over a half of an inch".
Still would go outside and look just made me show them a picture and they said it was too close to the sidewall. So I took it down the road and they got me right. Even showed me that it was 2 inches in the safe zone on their display.

The guys at Smithfield location were fantastic in helping replace our camper tires. Very very efficient, fast and very friendly service and extremely reasonable prices. Thank you John and Scott for helping us after a long day of tires blowing out on us......I definately recommend you

Wint 20 min before they closed to see if they could put a pug in my tire and they said that they couldn't help me now instead of a simple fix I have to get a new tire

You really deserve zero stars but unfortunately I have to at least give you one with all the business that my entire family has brought you over the past 20 years you have completely devastated my son when you sold him a tire and it did not last at all I feel like you took advantage of him and when he went back up there and showed you the tire you gave him the run around please people do not go to this place they will take your money and give you faulty tires that are extremely unsafe my son could have got into a wreck because of your service I'm very upset with you guys and when he went up there nobody wanted the help him because everybody's face was too far into their phones if you're going to work work don't go to work to give bad service and be on personal time unfortunately I will never recommend you to anyone not even a kid with a bicycle tire

Horrible service I arrived 30 mins before they closed everyone sitting around talking on their phones the price was ok besides 3 days later tire gave out. I went back and didn't receive any common courtesy they all are very unprofessional as much business my family has brought you I will never recommend you to anyone

Called at 5, Friday 6/26/24 asked about getting service guy picked up and lied as if they were closed sooner than the shop hours posted on the internet. He had ver bad attitude don't go there

Rockside Tire in Clayton took care of a nail in my wife’s tire quickly and easily. She was traveling to a Real Estate appointment and picked up a nail on the drive. They guys at Rockside repaired the tire and got her back on the road without delay. Fair prices and great customer service! Thanks!
