I’ve never had a bad experience with these guys. Of course, car maintenance can be expensive but they have been kind, helpful, and also understanding when I need to put something off for a little. Miguel is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and thorough guy. They are the people I’m glad I started going to when I moved to Clayton. Always go to them first.

Ali was fantastic! I came in without an appointment and he took care of me right away. Asked what I wanted in a vehicle and Ali definitely delivered. Beyond happy with the service and the vehicle. Will definitely be back when it's time for another vehicle!

Inquired about a specific car I was interested in from out of state. Worked out the price and details over phone and email and picked up the car the next weekend. Ron was helpful and responsive from first contact through delivery.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and responsibility at Matthew Motors. Not only did they fail to address the issues with my vehicle, but they also showed no willingness to take accountability for their mistakes. After several visits and countless excuses, my car is still not functioning properly. Their customer service is unresponsive, and it seems they are more focused on avoiding responsibility than actually fixing the problem. I expected much better service, and I would strongly advise others to stay away from this dealership if they want to avoid the same frustration.

Ron and Kim made the process of purchasing the vehicle I wanted smooth and painless. I could tell that they take a lot of pride in their company and enjoy doing what they do. Amazing people and amazing dealership.
