Pulled in there in somewhat of a panic at almost closing time. Heard this loud clicking coming from front tire. Pulled over to see that a large bolt was inside the thread. I didn't want to remove in the event it went all the way through. Associate there immediately took my truck back to investigate. After pulling bolt out, it never punctured tire. Was just seriously lodged in the thread. I asked what do I owe ya...he said "nothing..I didnt do anything." I thanked him profusely and was on my way. Wish I would have gotten his name. I've purchased tires for my wife's vehicle here. Good place!!

I came in without an appointment 90 minutes before closing. They were extremely busy. The manager got me in quickly and repaired two tires. Great service! I've always had a good experience at this location.

Check your tire sizes people! My wife called and priced 2 17” tires with warranty and roadside hazards. I get there and they tell me my tires are 20” not 17” and there’s a price difference. I think nothing of it until I’m having a smoke next to my truck while I wait and notice 70R17. That’s 17” tires. When I asked why he tried to sell me 20s, all he said was “I must have written it down wrong.” You are a tire guy. That’s not something you just write down wrong. Such a cheap scam. I can’t imagine how many people this place has swindled money from. Check your tire sizes people.

Poor service. Scheduled an appointment for an oil change days in advance. I'm leaving for a trip and wanted an oil change before I drove. Arrived for my appointment for a 27.99 oil change and told the last customer got that oil and they were out and not getting any in stock for 9 days, but could do a full synthetic for around $100. I call BS on this. It was just a way to get you there and make you spend more.
Will not be returning.

Couldn’t say enough wonder things about Jeremy! We needed to have a tire patched this afternoon and he fit us into his very busy day. It is so nice to be reminded that good people exist in this world and Jeremy is at the top of the list!

I purchased 4 tires and had to go back 3 times to get them replaced because they were leaking air. After the fourth time I went to Firestone. I will never purchase tires from Just tires anymore.

Brought two vehicles in both with nails in the tires to get patched. Met with Jeremy who was very helpful, polite and professional. Shortly after taking back both vehicles Jeremy came out and told me that the nail on one of the vehicles did not pierce the tire and was barely in the tread. Instead of taking the free money and pretending like they did work he informed me and did not charge me a dime. The second vehicle was done very quickly and I was in an out and able to enjoy the rest of my only day off during the week. So thank you just tires and Jeremy for a great, efficient, and honest job. I recommend this location and will definitely be back!

Went in with low tire pressure, they got me in right away, very short wait time, and fixed it perfectly. Highly recommend for efficient service and top-notch customer service!
