“Teller Rep Yassmen did a amazing job assisting me in a very difficult Fraud situation. She was very knowledgeable, extremely courteous and friendly, as well as outstanding customer service, and efficiency. I explain to her I went to your location in Brier Creek, NC. While I was at that location there were no customers. I waited five minutes to be assisted. Once I was seen the teller at that location called the 800 number and stated we BOTH had to wait an hour before either one of us can be assisted. The teller was very friendly. The teller stated I don’t mind calling back and waiting if you liked to wait with me. So I politely declined and searched another location. So the Clayton branch was the next best option due to my location at the time in Raleigh. So I arrived at the Clayton branch location and met Yessmen. She used a different type of teller technique, allowing us not to be on hold for over an hour and not have to call the customers service hotline. I was in and out of the Clayton branch within 12mins, while time was wasted at the brier creek branch over 10mins with no customers.Yassmen closed the fraud account. Opened my new account and printed out a debit card at that location. I left out a very important part. Clayton branch was very busy and still got me out faster than a location with no customers. The Briar Creek location did not have any customers and cannot print out debit cards same day they have to order them. They are considered a nontraditional bank. Make sure if you need a debit card, the same day find a traditional branch. This matter may need to be investigated to see about quality assurance of tellers software training, sense of urgency with customers and the expectation. I don’t know if Miss Yassmen is a part of the management leader ship team but I highly recommend her as well as I highly recommend the Clayton branch. However, I do reside in Raleigh and it is a 42 minute drive one way to that location I would like to say the Clayton branch, and Miss Yassmen did not disappoint. I would like to point out that maybe there are new tellers at the Brian Creek location which is understandable I just expect friendly customer service, as well as speed and accuracy. The process was just very very slow at the Briar Creek location but they took a change in the near future with ongoing training, practice, as well as role-playing, I hope you receive this review and it’s entirety as a positive and not a negative. It’s an opportunity for improvement and most importantly you are aware.”
