I just got a haircut this morning. The first haircut I’ve had in 14 weeks so it was much needed. Vanessa took time to listen to what I wanted and asked me several times before she began my cut. Once I got home to style it, I was so very pleased. It is the best cut I have had in years!

Walking in and was rudly greeted. I was told we are closing even though the sign said OPEN and the closing time has not arrived. I asked are you CLOSED.. I was told "fixing to ". Never again will I come to this location. Someone's else would love my money. Sounds like a coaching opportunity is needed.

Hair cutter (Rebecca) did not follow instructions. I said zero on the sides and not as high on the back. Size one on top.
First thing she did was zero all the way to the back top. Plus she didn’t know how to use hair clippers. Lots of pressure marks all over my head- see pictures. I also gave a $10 tip not knowing what was done. I’ll be shaving my head bald at home to fix this hack job. See pictures.

Susan is an amazing hair stylist. She always cuts my hair and does my fade and I never have any complaints or issues. I recommend her for any age and style for a men’s haircut .

Had my hair cut today at the Clayton (Flowers) location. I have long hair and usually go in to just get an inch or so cut off, in and out in less than 5 minutes. Today I wanted to get quite a bit cut off, but I was expecting the usual, ‘spray it with some water and cut it quick’ service. I was pleasantly surprised when I was greeted by a gem named Chelsea. She took her time, and actually gave me layers and an actual real haircut. I mean, it was a high end quality cut, and she was lovely. I will definitely be asking for her personally in the future!

So I'm the guy that gets the $29 haircut and wash. I tip 20 to 30 extra. Yeah, may be a little high. But I try to do extra for others where I can. Today, I only tipped 10. Which is still more than most. Seems I was the hurry up and get out client. For first time ever, my wash was done with cold water and didn't include conditioner and I mentioned after I paid. Then all of the sudden, it was offered to redo wash. 3 people waiting. I just said no and walked out. This is my first review of any service or product from anywhere. Just that disappointed.

First time walk-in customer at this location. I had some rare time off and needed a trim. The lady at the front promptly acknowledged and asked if I had a web appointment. When I did not, she would not accept my first name and stated that she would need my full name and phone number for me to get a hair cut. They were not busy. I was not permitted to just sit and patiently wait for the next available stylist to have a simple hair cut. I was well dressed and nicely groomed with clean short hair and probably the easiest customer to work with.I walked out and found another local place that does hair and they were busy but graciously worked me in as a walk-in. I did not have to provide any personal information. The cost of the hair cut was $21.00. I gave the stylist $40.00 cash ($19.00 tip).I was not regarded at Great Clips Flowers Crossroads like a valued customer and if this is the norm for this business then they should eventually learn to accommodate and be more flexible and respectful of guests privacy and perhaps not take customers for granted.I will never return to any Great Clips location!

Stay far away! You’ve been warned. Worst haircut ever. I had to tell her to cut it more and she never cut the front. I told her to take some off the top and she seemed shocked that I would ask such of a thing. Everything was uneven. I don’t think I was in the chair 5 minutes. The hair cutter acted like she did not care. A few snips here and there and she was done. I went home and took the scissors to even it out. I will never go back to this location.

I have been coming to this great clips location since it opened and have always been greeted with friendly and professional staff. I always use the app to check in and no wait time, can’t beat it. Susan has been cutting my hair for the past year and I am more than pleased each visit. We have needed a hair stylist location in the Flowers area since Bent Tree closed years ago, very thankful to have the Great Clips team!
