I don’t know what this is called but I would never ask for it and I know it’s not in my clip notes. Not sure why someone would do something like this before asking. I come here every month and usually get the same exact haircut, not sure why this happened. Very upset to pay $20 to look like a fool!!

The wait time was short, the staff is super nice, and it is kept very clean
Stylist: Our stylist was Lisa Marie Coats. She is very professional and talented. Also, she is super sweet to deal with. Would go back to her over and over.

This location has been my go to for years. Unfortunately my last two cuts have been horrible. While my barbers have been nice they simply do not cut to what has been asked. My last time here. Hate it’s come to that. I’ll attach photos of what I asked for vs what I got.Way too short.

First time visiting this location…Keisha cut my hair… very friendly and personal… I felt comfortable talking to her…I suffered a tragic loss in august last year…was able to talk to her about it…she even gave me a hug…high five for her…Thank you Sharon B……??

I wish the lady would have just told me she didn’t know how to trim beards instead of trying and butchering it. It is so uneven and misshaped.

We asked for our special-needs daughter, a wash and blow dry. It normally cost eight dollars. We have been taking our daughter to Great Clips throughout the United States, Pennsylvania, Ohio, North Carolina at a different Great Clips, South Carolina, Arizona, Georgia, Florida, and have always paid a dollars when husband went to pay they charged him $45. He asked them why the hairstylist said it was because she had long hair and that is just not the case. Her hair is considered medium length. No other great clips has charged her that amount of money we take her once a week to get her hair done because she is special. They also stated that they used a round brush which cost extra and if that were true, then her hair should have been completely dried and it was still wet. When you asked for a wash and blow dry it's 80% dry, and still damp which we know. They were extremely rude would not recommend I have called the owner twice and he is not responded.

I stopped in for a Veterans Day Haircut Voucher because I'm in between cuts, and would still like to get my voucher for a free cut. They told me they were out of vouchers, this is a little upsetting that Great Clips can make a commitment to our Veterans but not keep it.
