My 18 wheeler got stuck in a sand pile at 1:30AM. I tried everything to get it out but the hole just got bigger. Called every tow truck company in the town of Garner NC and no one answered so I called Five Star and they came to me in less than 30 minutes got me out the hole in 15 minutes and charge me a reasonable price. I work for an HOA management company and we have worked with Adam in several of our communities that we manage. He is always responsive and very helpful in answering questions to help us know what we can do in our communities. He goes above and beyond to be helpful. Very reliable.

Yesterday, my brother and I were driving to Raleigh to see a really important concert, but then our car started to break down 15 minutes away from where we were staying. We pulled off to a Circle K and called the nearest towing company. Right away they were extremely nice and helpful and it really wasn’t too long of a wait considering how busy they were. The employee who helped us was named Adam and he was amazing. He referenced us to a local mechanic and then even drove us to the concert himself, helping up make it exactly on time. We are so unbelievably grateful that he helped us out and that he was so kind. Thank you Adam! You’re the best.

I called Five Star Towing and dispatch answered my panicked call with care and customer service helping me through the situation with guidance on my location and what might be the issue, the conversation was quick to the point and professional. Five Star Towing immediately dispatched Mr. Adam and Mr. Dru who came to my location in less than 20 minutes and I received excellent customer service and helpful tips and ideas and care for what I was experiencing due to Firestones inability to properly fix my truck after I just picked it up. My truck completely died in the middle of the busy road at a red light and to heavy for me to push out of the way. I'm very thankful for Mr. Dru and Mr. Adam for helping me and guiding me through that ordeal and showing me hospitality and great customer service.

Five star's Morgan answered the phone. Explained it would be expensive for this long tow but I needed them. Adam showed up later and towed the Honda to the dealership. Great experience with this company. If needed, will use again!

I am editing my below review and changing from one star to four stars: I talked with the owner of 5 star towing and a very in depth conversation about how AAA works with tow companies. It became clear that the majority of the issues stem from AAA and how they communicate and prioritize towing with their vendors. AAA seems to be the true problem. I really appreciate Adam taking the time to explain everything in depth to me. He really seems to have passion and care for his business. I can't give a five star review, however. This is due to being guilty by association. Outside of dealing with AAA, I wouldn't hesitate to call them.
Original review: I called in a tow through AAA and have been continuously lied to regarding the pick up time. The initial call was at 7:30 a.m. , it is now past 2:30 and my call is still sitting there. Despite multiple calls and being assured that I am "next on the list" and "it should be about 30 minutes" nothing has changed. Very poor customer service.
