This is the worst service provider ever. Not the location but just the company in general
All i care about is texting my man and i completely trusted this SPECIFIC provider and they failed me if i can't text or see where my man is at then what is a phone good for ?! the company needs to get better as a whole... i don't play about my man and the last thing i need is for a company not to allocate to my needs genuinely questioning why we have so many problems with this provider every other month!

Worst phone service in existence. Customer service is a nightmare. They'll tell you whatever they need to to keep you on the hook for weeks or months then deny everything.

I am a first time customer with Cricket and I received amazing customer service. I was only there for about an hour and it was so easy to purchase and set up my phone. Christina did an amazing job helping me and I would definitely recommend this location to anyone in Clayton looking to purchase quality phone service.
