So my dad got a little unlucky yesterday and bought a disposable pen from Clayton Tobacco that wasn't functional. I drove him back to get an exchange because isn't that how good businesses work? We show up the exact same employee that was working that sold it to my dad was there working that evening. She denied the exchange because she said the owners do not allow exchanges of any kind which is unethical we spent the money on a broken pen we should've been reimbursed or given a properly working pen! If the owners were wondering she gave us a discount which is not allowed apparently! The owners are cheap and obviously are not running a legal business

Most of the employees are helpful and really nice where as others don't seem to get up when you walk in much less ask if you need help, but I guess that's how it's getting nowadays.

My wife and i have been purchasing our vape products from here for over two years. We have had great experiences with the store and its employees over that time. A few weeks ago, we were informed that the store had undergone a complete re-staffing and since then, the store has gained a more extensive selection of flower and vape products which is nice for clayton residents who enjoy delta 8 products. However, Until recently, we have always been told if we have issues with any of their products to bring them back. We have never actually had any issues until we purchased 2 “cake” branded disposable delta 8 vape products that for some reason do not work after just a few uses. I called to explain and the employee had apparently reached out to the owner who stated there was nothing they can do, Since i had purchased them just 4 days earlier. Something about this store is different since changes were made, and we don’t appreciate it.

Trash is all they sell paid 120 dollars for vape that’ does not work and lady was rude didn’t even look at vape and said I had to do warranty claim for a vape I bought a day ago

These are some of the kindest and most helpful people working here. They made sure I had everything I needed and even added a decal to my new vape I purchase. I cannot praise their customer service enough!! Definitely go here if you’re looking for any and all vape needs!

Every time I go into the store they give me the wrong item. I've tried to buy specific coils and specific glass replacements for my vape. Every time they've given me the wrong type of coil. I went in for a glass replacement tonight. I told them my exact type of vape and they still have me the wrong size. When I went to return it within 10 minutes of buying it, the store had closed over 25 minutes early.
