Went to get a U-Haul and waited 15-20 mins for them to finish conversing about antiques/animals with another person only to be told truck wasn’t there. Not upset about truck not being available just wish that they would acknowledge the customer and prioritize customer service over (what appeared to be) personal conversation.

I've been a customer since they were in their original location and have never had a bad experience. I've gotten tires, had them work on existing tire issues, had vehicles repaired and gotten inspections and they've always been extremely professional and reasonably priced. Terry and his team have worked me in when I was in a bind and helped me locate U-Hauls at other location when they didn't have what I needed on their lot.
I can't understand all of the bad reviews, other than assuming that they might have more to do with those customers than with this company.
Give them a try and you'll be glad that you did.

Chris and Terry were so helpful and kind. They do great work over there! You can trust them with your auto needs and they have moving trucks. Their communication was great and I will definitely be back when I need them again.

I've never experienced such poor and rude customer service since I moved here to Clayton. The owners have zero good attitude and willingness to help the customer; they are unfriendly and even rude. In my case, the lady got frustrated because she couldn't understand what I was asking, perhaps due to my accent; additionally, she couldn't find me on the reservation list that I had previously made, which I was on; it's just that she had a bad attitude from the moment I arrived asking for her help. If you're not willing to help anyone, then don't work with the public and go home. I will never return to that place in my life, it's unpleasant and the poor service from both owners makes it even worse!

The only reason for this 1 star is how quick they are to get your vehicle in the shop so they can charge you unnecessarily.
I was recommended here from someone off Nextdoor app but I wish I would've done my due diligence and checked around. My honda had a slow leak so I was advised to purchase a new hose. I wanted convenience over quality and ended up spending over $600 to STILL have the same problem. Initially, at the shop, I was told I needed an electronic valve and had to wait for the part to come the next day. I also asked for an oil change which they failed to perform. Parts and labor for this 1st service came to almost 3 something.
Not even a full day after picking my vehicle up, the check engine light came on again, something was still leaking, and I had to get a tow due to the car jerking the following day. I immediately contacted the guy who performed services and was told to get it to them and they would get right on it. I assumed the problem would be fixed and complimentary since my car wasn't doing this before but I was wrong again.
I questioned the services and asked them to stop working on it immediately once I found out what they were charging me and immediately began getting disrespected. Customer service is definitely something they need to add to their list of things to fix.
So here I am, after two visits and a tow, looking for a reliable shop to fix the problem that they couldn't.

I recently rented a U-Haul from here and that will definitely be my last time. The customer service is non-existent! I was treated like I was problem just because I was there. After declining the damage waiver insurance at checkout, I was still charged for it on the back end. When I called to question that, they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about. I was even more of a problem then. NEVER AGAIN! If you don't like ALL people, you shouldn't be working with the public!

We picked up our U-Haul from this location, but when we asked if they could do a quick oil change for my car at the same time they were immediately able to take care of us! Very appreciative that they were able to make our moving experience a little easier.
