Very knowledgeable and helpful, went a good distance after hearing about them and they were able to help both with fixing a bad after market job and trouble shooting a separate issue with my side arm. Both are now working perfectly. No hassle, good prices, worked with me to understand what was going on despite amateur firearms knowledge, overall great place and I appreciate them helping immensely.

Owner and employees are extremely knowledgeable and want to provide the best value for their customers. They were very good at listening to me when explaining what I was looking for. Gave me a few options and took their time to explain the pros/cons. I personally wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Great customer service, dropped off my old .22 rifle that was handed down to me from my late grandfather for them to clean, they disassembled the rifle and did a very thorough cleaning, picked it up same day. I’ll be purchasing my next firearm from these guys 10/10

Brought in my slide that had an optics cover screw which I completely stripped off. They were able to get it out without any damage to the slide but what did it for me was that they gave me replacements screws which they also shaved down to size, all at no extra cost. I would've had to get in touch with company to have them mail me screws

I stopped by with the attention of purchasing an AR rifle. I waited patiently for 15 mins while the two associates in the shop were helping the two other customers. After focusing my attention to the salesman to my left whom seem to have finish conducting business with his customer. They started talking about their hobbies outside of work and what the customer does for a living . Thats fine, but when you have another customer waiting, I think you should acknowledge that customer. They talked about foreclosures and how to obtain them before they become public. The customer informed the associate that he worked downtown Smithfield and have access to all available properties prior them being made public. Nevertheless, I waited another 5 mins and I was completely ignored. I turned and walked out and had an amazing experience with TAC about 8 miles down the road. The sad part is, I’m about 5 mins from this shop and pass it every day. I’ll be doing my business with TAC for all my other purchases moving forward.
