Ashley is wonderful. Patrons were friendly. Beer selection was plenty sufficient, including draft and cold bottled beer options. I even played tabletop foosball with my young son while there. A great place to relax for a little while. Looking forward to returning.

Awesome place with the best selection of beverages around. Great staff, with indoor or outdoor seating. They also on occasion have live entertainment. Great atmosphere. Be sure to check them out.

If you’re looking for a great selection of craft beers that aren’t in your local grocery store then this is the place for you. They also have a great selection on tap with great staff. Clayton Beverage is a locally owned store so if you’re looking to support locally owned businesses this should be your go to store.

Local bottle shop - yes hard to find but a diamond in the rough. If you’re looking for something specific you’ll probably find it here. Don’t come for grocery store beer…if they don’t have it, they can probably order it. Just ask!

Definitely recommend this place. Craft and artisanal brews that you can't find anywhere else. The people who work there are awesime and go above and beyond to help and serve you Its areally chill and relaxed environment whether drinking at the bar or shopping for brewskies check it out

I first came across Clayton Beverage when my ex admitted that getting a pizza from Marco's (next door) does not take over an hour and that he had found this cool craft bottle shop with the best beers around. At first I was mad but after checking the place out myself, I couldn't blame him-Clayton Beverage is the great! I work in downtown Raleigh and had been going to a bottle shop there to find a good selection of craft beer but immediately stopped after finding CB. Not only do they have a better selection, their staff that actually take the time to help me by giving great recommendations and their prices are so much better!!!! Bonus is they are a local small business and I prefer to support the town I call home. There's a reason why this place wins all those "best hidden gem" awards. Definitely worth checking out.
