I’m new to the Clayton area and searched for the best oil change and Strickland had 4.7 stars and 800+ reviews. They did not disappoint!!! Absolutely awesome service!! Although there were like 6 cars waiting to be serviced, I was in and out within 20 min or less. The staff was very accommodating and professional!!!

Manager should have a sit down with the staff on customer service at this location. Seriously lacking, it’s one thing to get the job done but if you treat your clientele like you hate your job and would rather be anywhere else might be time to evaluate and do some re-hiring. Won’t be returning.

Just got my inspection done & David was very kind & quick to get me all set & out the door. The lady at the front desk offered me a water since it was hot outside & was also very kind. THEY ARE BOTH VERY APPRECIATED! Will come back with any further needs for sure!

2nd service done here. Both times the service was way faster than Jiffy Lube or Valvoline shops in the area. Good advice on filter life was given. Thank you for not upselling outrageously priced wipers. Nice experience.

I was a little disappointed that they no longer provide a 10W-30 oil which my older Jeep Cherokee specified in the owners manual. I opted for a 5W-30 which is similar in function and should provide adequate protection. They were apologetic about it and were just as concerned as I was. My Jeep is 26 years old now with 240K miles on it and running fine; just hate to change anything!!

I called prior to going to see if they're was availability for an inspection. They said sure that it was first come first served Anna they only had a couple people there. Amd die enough I was able to arrive about 30 min later and pulled right up. Everyone was courteous and friendly. They had my inspection done in 15 min and I was out the door. But don't worry, they'll see me again.
