I made an online purchase, it took more than two weeks to send me my package, they didn’t give me a tracking number until 3 days before the shipment arrived. The piece I ordered came with some folded parts the customer service was bad they don’t give information of anything and the information it gives sometimes contradicts what other employees tell you, the Clayton office also does not attend the pieces you buy online come from tx that’s why it’s so expensive the shipping they never say anything, they don’t give information about anything

I worked with Casanova, let me tell you what, 10 out 10 guy. He has the best sense of humor and the greatest smile. I was having a rough day going around to 100 different parts stores but when I walked up to Casanova my day completely turned around. Ill never forget the time spent here. God Bless America

so I showed up to this place looking for a couple of parts for my old betsy not expecting much but as soon as I walked into the establishment I was met by a bit of an odd fella. Casanova took me out back and grabbed some parts - sold them to me for half the price cash. I'm wasn't even sure if he worked there but I knew a good deal when I saw one. 10/10 service and people.

This place has a lot to offer, usually my parts take a day or two, but they always have what I need and the pricing is pretty reasonable compared to others in the area. Casanova was very helpful and took the time to go through all of my vehicles and what was needed.
