810 Loop Rd, Clayton“USA Auto Body went above and beyond for me today. My daughter’s car was having a rear rattling sound that we could not locate the source of. Last year we had the rear bumper repaired with USA Auto Body and their service was top notch. So I decided to contact Terrance and see if he could help locate the cause of the rattling. He was more than happy to have me stop by. Terrance went right out and started trouble shooting the cause. It took a few minutes for Terrance and his co worker to figure out it was caused by a worn rubber bushing connected to the shocks. He could have sent me on my way to have repaired. Fortunate for me his coworker jumped in taking it apart and fixed the issue.
The rattling is gone! I appreciate so much the time they took to fix this and give me peace of mind when my daughter is driving.
My family has used USA Auto Body for two auto body repairs and they will be the first place I call for future body work.

“I had ordered a starter for my daughter's jeep online from Advance. Unfortunately, about a month after install I started to have some problems with the solenoid. Sometimes it would allow the starter to engage, sometimes it wouldn't. Sometimes it would hang up and wouldn't allow the starter to disengage, sometimes it wouldn't. I removed the starter and took it over to Advance. The guy behind the counter asked what the issue was and was very helpful. I knew the part was under warranty but his good customer service got me in and out with a new starter in a matter of minutes.”
“I called and spoke to a man named Brian. I told him that I was selling my car, and that I had a buyer, but the buyer wanted a side dent fixed or asked if I could come down on the sale price of the car. Brain asked me to come by and that he would take a look at the dent. Brian is a great guy! He looked at my car for free, gave me a free estimate for the cost of repair, and gave me solid advice and wisdom on what I should do in my situation!! This says a lot about a person and a business. “Ok, whoever that fat guy is they have working there is incredibly rude, know it all and condescending. I asked him to come outside to check something out for me so he can direct me towards what type of light bulb I would need to buy and he told me in a know it all way that what I KNEW wasn’t working and is SUPPOSE to work NEVER works bc there was no “bulb”. Bro I know my car lmao. And was WRONG. The second half of my tail light in fact DOES turn on and does have a bulb inside the trunk, which I mentioned to him, but he dismissed me like I was just a dumb girl. He was trying to tell me that that part of my light isn’t suppose to turn on. Like. ??? Huh? The ONLY reason why I’m giving this place four stars is because all the other guys there are super friendly and helpful and always have what I need in stock.”
