To start off I have never purchased nor been to game over custom car audio. I tried to find the hours online and it was nonexistent. The address is Newton and not in Claremont as it says online and on the Facebook page. I messaged the Facebook asking for hours with no response in over 2 weeks. I finally resorted in calling the number listed which nobody picked up nor will pick up so I left a voice Mail. I was looking for preferably a B stock speaker which I mentioned in the voice mail. Very soon after my message he got back to me stating he is having phone issues and to text him which I did. After mentioned exactly what I wanted for in the text he replied and said he had something that would fit what I needed so I asked the hours. He replied with “in and out non stop”. I ask him if he will be around the next day and he replied with he wasn’t sure but should be. When the day and time he said he should be came up I messaged and didn’t hear back for hours. He finally said he had family stuff come up and he would message me when He had time. After half a week I message him asking if he was available this week that I would be working in hickory. I finally found a day that he said should be fine just to text him before to see where he was. After messaging him 2 hours before the time I was supposed to meeting and then having to message again and then call and leave a message he replies at the time I’m supposed to meet him saying somebody hit his girls car and he can’t meet. I ask him about the day after if he would be around after lunch and he said he will be there. I message him and call him to have no response at 11:00 at night. Really wanted to support a local company but every-time it would come down to the time to meet and right before it was crickets. Really disappointed.

Worst place ever !?!?! I came here to have one of my Halo lights fix he charge me 91 dollars to fix it... even so his charge rate 55 dollars to check the issue he decide to charge me 91 buck .....i didn't say anything even so i knew these dude was ripping me off i pay him to do the job right ? well !!! whatever they did my light die an hour later. I came back next day he wanna charge me a another 100 buck I have warranty ? ....I told him why am I getting charge again ? These old fart who still stuck in the past ! rockabilly dude who play house music in his shop non stop ... try hustle me he got mad because he wasn't able to hustle me again ? Then !?! Told me he didn't want me in the shop all i ask explan why am i getting charge again ? he got upset and told me people like me are cheap not willing to pay for the work ? but i don't understand i pay for the work ? all i ask why are you charging me again? i have a receipt that say's i am cover for 90 day's warranty right ? along as i am missing something ? then he need to be clear what my warranty covers ? so i don't know why these dude getting work up is he on steroids ? the dude have mental problems !!! oh wait there more !!!! THEN He start trowing cash up in the air not sure why i am not a stripper lol i guess he was trying toconvice me he have money $$$??.... from look of the shop being dead ? You gonna need that money keep your shop running he got all mad And I tough California sound was bad ! it's not worth the head aches !!!

I agree with most of the reviews of this place. Fake universal accessories that you can find much cheaper online. If you're looking for something specific they most likely don't have it but can "order it" for double the cost online.

i came here to get LED lights installed under my car and the guys did it for $150 the instructions for the app they had me scan to download, is in Chinese. i can't understand anything and they didn't even give a walkthrough they jus look at you like you're d*** asf. i came back 3 times to tell them the lights weren't working and they don't do anything expect for connect their phone and show you that it works FOR THEM. they don't even show u how to do it

Bro this place is a total rip off and they are also pretty rude over here and their prices are outrageously high I recommend just going to the little store at the Fontana indoor swap meet or online but these guys are a complete ripoff they were asking over $1000 for crappy NRG seats you got to be kidding me even their quick release steering wheels are expensive af DONT SHOP HERE SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!

Very s*** customer service I came in they gave me the wrong part saying it would fit so I call them once it doesn't fit and they are saying there's no refunds how can it be no refunds when you being the "professional "should know if somthing fits or not if I can leave a 0 star review I would Save your time and don't come here

Bought some H. I. D lights. Didn't fit right, had to buy an extra $15 adapter, and the lights are so dull my stock halogen bulbs are brighter. They wouldn't refund my money after they didn't fit. These guys are rip off!!!!!

Worst place. They sell fake parts. I bought an nrg wheel and it was fake didn't even bolt up right and they charge more expensive than amazon, I should have just waited for 2 day shipping and gone that route. Customer service is bad.

I went in to buy rims and was looking to getting a certain kind of style and the guy that was helping me was somewhat helpful but we finally decided on what I wanted and needed for my type of car. The thing is....they help you find something that's similar to what you want versus what they recommend and their recommendations aren't too smart. I got the rims then I applied for the finance plan but the guy never disclosed all the details that do count to bring my business back and he just wanted the sale. Now I'm stuck with the extra interest that I wasn't expecting and now I have to pay for it. If you are looking for any modification parts for your vehicle I WOULDN'T recommend this place. Never will I do business here AGAIN!

Everything is fake not "Jdm" lol all Chinese knock off stuff you can find on eBay, I walked in here just to check it out, owner is very rude with his "No window shopping" sign, and do not touch anything. Really?! This shop is a joke I hope no one comes here, find your stuff online or look for a better shop even if you have to drive to LA county. Btw the name is stupid. The only thing that's gonna be Game Over is the customers and fake wheels when you hit a pot hole. Save up and buy authentic JDM.
