Doug was great to work with. Was a little nervous about driving 4.5hrs without seeing the truck first. But when we got there the parts were exactly as Doug described. Had all the parts out of the vehicle when we got there.

I called Doug’s for a car part. He didn’t have the part I needed but did a search for other vendors and found a salvage yard near me that had what I was looking for. Kind and helpful customer service.

Very rough encounter at first and choice of words for a customer were poor but I have to say this he apologized and went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied. God says forgive and that's what I did. Thanks Doug.
