I use AAA for roadside service and I had a need today in this rainy wet weather on my way on 14 th street Extension, Greenville, N.C. to take my vehicle to Hastings Ford to plug a rear left tire. Within a minutes of leaving my home on Firetower Rd., my dashboard light came on for low tire pressure, right rear tire, it went from 36 psi to11 psi immediately and lucky for me I was near the parking lot of John Paul II Catholic High School. I pulled in front of their exit gate exit area, ( the gate was closed, and I then moved the vehicle to parking spaces on the site per the security personnel ) & then called Hastings Ford to let them know I would be late for my 2 pm appointment, and then I called AAA roadside. I connected with the AAA website and assistance was immediate for B&D towing from Chocowinity, NC. I was given a time period, was initially 3:59, then changed to 4:15 or so due to weather, and traffic conditions, a lot of rain and water on the roads. Jamie Rawls your service representative immediately took care of my issue with removal of my right rear tire,( it had a large cut gash in the outer rim, would not hold air,) and he installed my spare tire. He checked my spare first, applied it to my vehicle, and then I left on my way to Hastings Ford. He cautioned me to not drive over 50 mph, was very nice, congenial and a super nice guy who took care of my vehicle needs. I then drove to Hastings Ford to deal with the back tires issues, versus 1 tire. Thank you and Kudos to Jamie as a super nice representative for your business.

I forgot his name but I think he was ginger? Anyways he did mission impossible on my car and was able to unlock it even though all my locks were broken because my key cylinder went out. Proffesional and went out of his way to help me ?? man should get a raise for those skills

AAA sent this towing company, after I explicitly told them I did not have battery problems they show up in a pick up no tools other than a battery, tester and wrench’s insisting the problem was battery. I bought it still car wouldn’t start then told me I had to call company again for a tow(which was the original plan) several hours later no tow I called Geico who arrived 15 minutes later and towed me and car home. Total hours spent waiting for AAA recommended B&D was 6 hours. I had to call company only to be told they did not have a tow truck to accommodate. I got the run around, and jipped out of $168 for a battery I did NOT need!! AAA to be a premier member over 30 years was terrible with assistance. I was disappointed and disgusted with their lack of communication and concern and including B&D towing showing incompetence they just wanted to sell a battery did not search for source of problem the technician had no clue all he knew was install a battery again driving a regular pick up.
