Not reliable! If the driver leaves a message of the whereabouts of the package,the customer should be able to obtain the package at the said location. Unfortunately, I'm still searching for the package.

I really can't say alot about this place because I was in and out in probably 2 minutes or less. No line, no waiting. The employee was standing there waiting on me as soon as I walked in their door. Very friendly. It took longer to print my confirmation receipt than anything, which really took no time at all. I would recommend.
