“I went to Fedex for a seemingly easy printing of a document and then forward that document to a colleague. Luckily for me, Taylor was working today. I explained what I needed to do and he helped me make that happen. We tried multiple methods due to compatibility issues. Taylor never gave up and was very assuring through the whole process that we will complete my tasks. Taylor is a real asset to that FedEx business. Please afford him any and all recognition for a job well done and delivering great customer service.”
“I needed to ship a birthday gift to my niece that she left behind but I didn’t want to spend a lot to do it. Katie greeted us warmly and understood the assignment. Her first recommendation for the shipping package and cost were higher than expected so she diligently tried to find other boxes that would be more affordable. When uncertain of the best option, she tagged in her colleague, Emily to assist. Emily remeasured and quickly assessed which box would best fit and give us a better price and it did! I loved the teamwork and the diligence of both Katie and Emily. UPS is a 5min drive from my home but I hop on the highway to get to FedEx for this type of experience!”

Had an employee running their power mop in the earlier evening forced us out of the way twice, once while we were trying to browse the meat department, and another as we were trying to use the self checkout. I'm appalled that management allows such behavior. As a former Food Lion employee who mopped the floors with a traditional bucket and mop before they started having power mops, such behavior would have been completely unacceptable. Never would I have expected a customer to just get out of my way. Love it!”

“I really can't say alot about this place because I was in and out in probably 2 minutes or less. No line, no waiting. The employee was standing there waiting on me as soon as I walked in their door. Very friendly. It took longer to print my confirmation receipt than anything, which really took no time at all. I would recommend.”
