“I have rented a unit at this location for more than five years. I went to the office the other day as I had some questions only to find they no longer have a live person at this location! So, I called the number for live help and ended up leaving a voicemail. A little frustrated by this time however, I received a callback within 30 minutes from a very nice young lady named Jen. I explained all of my questions to Jen and she was extremely polite and said I will need to make a phone to call to get you the correct information and I will call you back. Jen called back within a few minutes and MADE MY DAY! I have spent a small fortune at this place, but Jen was able to help me with what I needed!!!! THANK YOU JEN!!!!!”

“I was moving to a new place in Mid August 2022 and needed to rent a U-haul. I called the day before I needed to rent it to reserve the truck and they had it waiting for me when I went in the next day. Not only that, it turned out I didn't need the size truck I reserved but one size smaller. That wasn't a problem. I had the truck for two days and brought it back earlier than expected and I was reimbursed some of the money I put down originally. Had no problems at all. I recommend them if you need to rent a U-haul.”
