Spent 2 months looking for a replacement vehicle for my daughter. From winston to Charlotte, from mega dealers to individual sellers. Happened to drive by Primo on the way to a lot in Kannapolis and so glad I did. By far the best customer service…hands down. The cars are in very good shape, prestine actually, compared to what I’ve seen at other lots. Enrique and his staff actually listened and were so helpful. What I asked for in negotiation…they did already (inspection, oil change, put gas in, top of fluids, brakes and tires) I will go back when I need another vehicle.

This is the second vehicle that I have bought with them. It has been a year and without any problems, the owner is seriously a very good person. I remember how with the first vehicle he helped me a lot with the price. I had it for 3 years and no problems.
