Came here for an alignment and was told it couldn't be completed because I needed a new tie rod and ball joint. Got a quote. Left and bought the parts myself for 1/4 of his price, then I took my car to a friend to replace those parts for less labor only to discover both of those parts were completely fine. Punchy whittakers completed the alignment with zero issues. So they tried to sell parts and services that were not needed. As a single mom this really works my nerves because every penny I make counts. To try to charge me for unnecessary repairs is just RUDE especially in this economy!Service: Wheel alignment

I called 7 different mechanics before I got in touch with this one and I'm glad I didn't stop trying because I would definitely recommend him. Very nice and friendly. He got straight to the point and done exactly what he said he was going to do. Even got my van back within a few days when I thought it would at least take a week because it needed some serious work. Best thing is i didn't have to sale my firstborn to pay for the work.
