Charged $225, for tax return. I just wanted to get my paperwork to file it. Told me NO! They had to file it or they would still charge me $225, and give my paperwork back without the finished return!! NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!

this place is unprofessional and disorganized. Booked an appoint through their website and when the appointment didnt start I called and was told no ones in the office to have the meeting. She tried to say one was out because her husband was sick..thats fine, but I received 2 emails confirming this appointment so if thats the case you call someone and tell them no one is here for the appt, not wait until I get time off work, call you and you tell me I dont know what youre talking about no ones here to even have a video appointment with you WHEN YOUR WEBSITE BOOKED IT, I will never use this company again.Update: After telling them to delete all of my documents because I didn't want to work with a company that makes appointments and don't keep them they called back to see if I still wanted them to file because they would be willing to do it online but they didn't have any appointments available when I told her that their website is still showing that there are available all day and they should change it they laughed it off and didn't take it seriously and just said OK well I'm sorry you feel that way. Hopefully no one else makes an appointment that you guys don't keep and then you laugh it off with them too but them too. People take time off work for this stuff that's very annoying. I understand technology glitches but when someone tells you you should fix it you shouldn't just laugh at off and ignore them you should probably fix it or looks into it so it doesn't happen again.But I appreciate you attempting to be nice and right your wrong... Again I am totally understanding of the fact that somebody had a sick relative and could not come to work trust me but you then call somebody and tell them that no one's going to make the appointment make the appointment not just ignore it and waste somebody's time. So I'll put 2 stars.
