I am a consumer who goes from store to store purchasing whole books of lottery tickets. I went into this location Saturday morning, and the manager was counting the safe while the clerk watched. I politely asked, "Do you sell whole books of lottery tickets?" She responded, "Well, I'd rather not do that. I'd rather you just buy from what's already out there and open." I said Really that's strange! So I said okay and walked right on out the store. Why would you not want $300 revenue for your store? I wonder what Corporate or the Owners would think to know that you just turned away at least $300 because I don't purchase just 1. Oh well, on to the next store, maybe they'll take my money!

3/9/22 stopped to fill up. Used my 10 cent off but the pump stopped at $9.03. Went inside, the guy said I would have to restart it. When I told him about the discount he said there was nothing he could do. I ask for a number to call someone and he said he didn't have one(you mean you cant call a manager if something goes wrong??). He said to come back tomorrow to talk to the manager. Will not be coming back here again.

The lady at the Cash register asked me if my cousin Elizabeth is in the car and I said yes and she said well if she can't come in and say hey to me then she can't get anything from here and all we needed was gas for her and my card has $60 on it and acted like only $22 was on it and I thought that was very disrespectful

I have went here for years before work and always been treated nicely but yesterday morning the new \\\"manager\\\" Jackie was horribly rude to me. I tried to tell another worker how she treated me for literally no reason and that is when she said she was the new manager. Guess she thinks she can talk to customers any kind of way cause she is the \\\"new manager\\\". I will never be back as long as she is there. I never want to meet her again and for that reason I will not be back until I know I will not have to see her again. I will support the businesses that care about respect to the people who buy from them.

Gas prices are ok, but it is pretty close to my house. Employees have always been friendly in my experience.

I work right across the street from the BP at Hardee's and have found everyone there to be very nice and respectful, they always help you find what you're looking for if u need there assistance, I would recommend this gas station to anyone or any traveler passing through China Grove N. C.
