We were very pleased with the prompt response, customer service, and the technician. They were able to help us with our AC the same day I called. Everyone else couldn’t get here until the next week. The technician found our units problem, had the part in his truck and repaired it in less than an hour. Highly recommend.

Everyone I spoke with were very nice and respectful to me. After calling late one evening, I was set up with an appointment next morning. The service member showed up early to my house. My only concern is the price was a little high for the repair I needed. Especially since I had diagnosed the problem before the technician arrived and the price of the item needed to be replaced was not high priced. I also had everything open and power disconnected. However, when your AC is not working then you have to do what you have to do.

Had an emergency situation. I called after hours but didn’t leave a message. They called me back anyway, the next morning, and was actually able to come that same day and replace a bad capacitor. I was a first time customer no less! This was during that crazy heatwave last week of June, where everyone was overwhelmed with service calls and was only to put me in a wait list or schedule me for the following week. The technician came and went within 30 minutes. Very customer friendly and I will be using them going forward! ❤️

Crew came on time, set up a tent and completely installed a hvac system. It works great! So grateful for the expertise. Also, the comfort manager checked in on the workers several times to assist with retrieving parts, etc. Crew finished the installation in a timely manner.

Immensely grateful for their service yesterday. They were at my house within 20 minutes of me calling, diagnosed the issue (fried capacitor) quickly, installed a new one and offered routine check-ups going forward to prevent any emergencies in the future.
Fantastic and couldn’t recommend more.

I met Ann at a BNI meeting last year. We exchanged cards but never connected. Fast forward to this year, and I needed my AC repaired. A great friend of mine, Mark J., reconnected me with Ann, whom I contacted at 11:30 PM. Not only did she answer, but she was also extremely friendly. She could have directed me to call the office in the morning, but she didn’t. Instead, she actually talked with me and provided steps to take while I waited to get scheduled.
The next day, I called the office and began to share what I needed. Susan replied, "Is this XXXXXXXX?" I was surprised and replied, "Yes, it is." She explained that she had all my information and the only thing left was to schedule the appointment. (A heating and air company that works around my schedule!) I shared my availability, and to my delight, she stated, "Okay, we will see you today. Would you like a call 15 minutes prior to arrival?"
Not only did I get notified, but I also received a picture, and they were on time. Billy asked me a few questions and went to work. He identified the problem and repaired a few other things unrelated at no additional charge. If you want a company that goes ABOVE and beyond, please give Aire Serv a call. They are friendly, punctual, and exceed expectations. I contacted two companies last night. While both offered to service me, only Aire Serv delivered. I spoke to Aire Serv four times today, and the other company has yet to make contact.
Aire Serv will forever have my business due to the impeccable service they provided.

Couldn’t ask for better service. They have had to come out on 3 separate occasions and every time they were incredibly respectful and explained everything to me before proceeding. I won’t use anyone else and will highly recommend to everyone in their serving area!
